Seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Production Analyst/Regulatory Compliance Tech to join our team. In this role you will monitor, evaluate, and improve production processes while ensuring that all activities comply with industry regulations, standards and company policies. Your work will support operational efficiency, regulatory adherence and continuous improvement efforts within our organization.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
Production Analysis
Responsible for all production related functions including but not limited to: • Maintain and administer all functions of Prams (Production Reporting and Management System) • Input water disposal volumes in Access Database and prepare check requests for monthly & quarterly distribution of monies to landowners for said volumes • Input oil and gas sales and verify production data input from pumpers. Coordinate and work w/accounting/revenue/engineering when discrepancies occur • Maintain all production files and filing (gauge sheets, run statements, sales tickets)
Regulatory/Compliance • Submit all State & Federal production and injection reports for multiple states • Prepare and submit all regulatory reports as required for regulatory agencies.
Examples:
o Semi-annual NPDES water discharge reporting and coordinate sampling with pumper and laboratory
o Sundry notices
o Casing integrity tests
o TRRC Critical Infrastructure
o Plant products disposition report
o Report and follow up on all spills to regulatory agencies and landowners
o SARA Tier II
Engineering Support • Maintain all well files • Provide administrative support to engineering staff • Work with Engineering and Accounting to approve premium payments for the company's current bond company • Prepare monthly overhead sheets to engineers for review and then to accounting dept for billing • Update and maintain PHDWin (Property reserves and economic evaluation software) • Create Reserve Reports and make economic runs for engineering review using PHDWin • Generate and maintain SPCC Plans & Site Security Diagrams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience in a production and/or compliance role, within Oil & Gas industry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements • Proficient in PRAMS (Production Reporting and Management System), Excel, Word, Access • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
