The Opportunity:

This role supports financial advisors by gathering client information, creating financial plans, and delivering presentations using financial planning software. You'll become an expert the process and platform, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of MoneyGuidePro
  • Assist in exploring and implementing new workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Assist with gathering client data, analyzing financial situations, and crafting financial plans aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for client meetings.
  • Partner with the team to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved data management within the financial planning process.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Actively research and learn about the latest trends and best practices in financial planning and associated technology.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear and actionable insights.
  • Some experience with financial planning software and technology, MoneyGuidePro preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven success with multi-tasking, managing priorities effectively, and working independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients on financial concepts.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated discipline maintaining client information in a CRM, Salesforce preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data.
  • Business travel up to 25%.

Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience in retirement plan service.
  • CFP® Certification preferred (but not required).
  • 1-5 years of experience in financial planning.
