Job Title: Test Engineering TechLocation: Jeffersonville, IN
Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM M-F

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operations and report any unsafe practices.
- Support production and maintenance to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze engineering data to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate and improve current production processes.
- Develop and maintain operating instructions and equipment specs.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools.
- Repair the bad tools or jigs from production lines and return ASAP
- Calibrate/Audit/GRR all needed stations
- Report tools and jigs failure analysis and solution
- Make up purchase plan about tools and jigs spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, or similar required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, direct, and delegate tasks.
- Organizational and administrative skills.
Certifications:- Certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
