Greene Resources is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Attach applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRM
Collaborate with internal teams and offer support to the Account Managers and Benefits Consultants
Answer incoming phone calls
Prepare census for new groups and renewals
Liaison for our other brokers on our associated health plan renewals
Create and print open enrollment materials (benefits guidebooks, election forms, etc.)
Maintain accurate benefits records, including enrollment forms and plan documents, ensuring that all forms are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
Maintain and update our website and post on our social media site
Create marketing flyers
Participate and assist with onsite and offsite work events
Position Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office products is required
Strong attention to detail
Possess a positive, can-do attitude
Self-motivated, flexible and disciplined
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
