The Campus President is responsible for all facets of student success, including attendance, retention, graduation and placement rates. In this vital role, you will provide the vision and leadership to ensure a student centric, hands-on learning environment dedicated to compliance and quality learning, as exemplified by excellence in student outcomes. The Campus President must also foster a collaborative environment for colleagues based on recognition and empowerment to create an environment of positive thinking, problem resolution, innovation, and growth. The Role
  • The Campus President is accountable for all facets of student success and student achievement, including student attendance, student retention, student graduation, and student placement rates.
  • Establishes and creates a positive, safe, and transformational learning environment for students during their educational journey. Provides an engaging environment focused on student satisfaction.
  • Exemplifies excellent leadership skills that enable a desirable, safe, empowering, positive, and solutions-driven environment to all colleagues and team members. Creates a culture that drives the best results from colleagues who are happy to serve our students as well as fellow colleagues.
  • Assures compliance with and adherence to all institutional, federal, state and accreditation policies and procedures.
  • Provides an engaging student-centered learning environment for all students by leading, directing, and managing the campus admissions, education, financial services, business office and career services departments and management teams.
  • Establishes and maintains a strong partnership with all non-campus vertical leaders through excellent communication skills, resulting in efficient, effective and quality support and service to our new and continuing students.
  • Is responsible for recruiting and developing top talent for key campus positions. Collaborates and partners with the regional support team and human resources to hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members and faculty at the campus.
  • Responsible for the development, management and execution of the campus budget.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted outcome and growth targets, including outcome quality metrics and campus population.
  • Complies with all federal regulations and institutional policies and procedures for actively participating and engaging federal Title IV funding, including compliance with the 90/10 rule

You're Good At:
• Education. Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred. Candidate must have significant experience with national accrediting institutions (including ACCET, ACCSC or COE).
• Management. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Campus President or equivalent at a private post-secondary career education organization. Experience managing a newly founded campus is preferred. Demonstrated management experience, exemplified through the ability to build and lead a highly performing team.
• Regulatory Affairs. Show us your strong understanding of regulatory procedures and compliance in the education sector, and your unwavering adherence to institutional, federal, state, and accreditation guidelines and standards of performance.
• Communication. You need strong interpersonal and digital communication skills. We seek a passionate professional who is organized, detailed, micro-engaging, analytical, a solutions driven thinker, positive, kind, respectful, and highly motivated, to lead a team of high performers to meet or exceed expectations.
• Modern Workforce Skills. Our workplace requires good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office platform, as well as a variety of software that you'll use every day.
• Budget. You prepare and manage the budget for the Tacoma, WA campus and are responsible for fiscal outcomes.
• People. Tell us about your track record of energetic leadership, accomplishments and inspiring success. Demonstrated ability to engage with students, staff and faculty to achieve organizational goals and objectives with a strong sense of commitment towards excellence in internal and external customer service through communication, active listening, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
