We are seeking a skilled Paycom Performance Management Specialist to join our team in Fairfield, CA. This contract position will focus on optimizing our performance management processes using Paycom and ensuring effective utilization of HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and enhance the performance management module within Paycom.
Collaborate with HR and management to ensure alignment of performance metrics with organizational goals.
Train and support employees and managers in using the Paycom performance management system.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain reports using advanced MS Excel to track performance metrics and KPIs.
Assist in the implementation of best practices for performance evaluations and feedback processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to performance management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience utilizing Paycom and HRIS systems.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
