We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Provide an outstanding customer service experience
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Provide accurate reports as necessary
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Always maintain a positive phone presence
Maintain accurate Purchase Order processing and Invoicing via company's ERP system
Assuring accuracy of quotes and sales orders
Requirements
3-plus years of experience in customer service
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience working within an ERP system preferred
Experience in quoting/estimating
Experience with building products preferred
Experience working with independent manufacturer sales reps preferred
Experience in providing customer service support
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
