We have exclusively partnered with an AM 100 global law firm looking to hire a completely remote Labor & Employment Counsel. You will be consulting fortune 500 companies on their EEOC Charges along with Administrative Hearings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years' experience in Employment Law
Juris Doctor from reputable Law School
Experience at a AmLaw 100/AmLaw 200 Firm
Responsibilities:
Experience responding to administrative agency charges, ideally at both federal and state levels.
Direct experience responding to EEOC charges.
Draft strong position statements and represent clients at hearings and/or mediations.
