10+ years of experience in contract development, contract negotiation as a legal/paralegal in a software company.
Strong knowledge of contract language and formats including pricing and rebate structures for a Software company, preferably a SaaS company. Knowledge of Contract Development.
Excellent PC skills and systems skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe Acrobat or similar pdf software.
Result oriented and self-driven.
Strong knowledge of working with multiple systems.
Ability to analyze data for reasonableness, anomalies, trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
Experience with Sales, Marketing, and Legal contracting processes.
Must be accurate, detailed and organized.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between multiple tasks.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Solid experience working with CRM (Hubspot), CPQ (Dealhub), and CLM platforms.
Experience of managing Deal Desk is preferred.
Education Requirements
B.A. or B.S. in Business.
Paralegal certification or J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Industry standard certification in contract management. E.g. CCM.
