Position Overview We are an award-winning electrical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of electrical projects. Project bids will include Multi-Family, Data Centers & Mission Critical Systems, Hospitality, Commercial Projects and Tenant Improvements. The chosen PM will be responsible for managing the project timeline, ensuring quality control and keeping stakeholders updated regularly through project completion. Responsibilities
Monitor job progress and project budget to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
Assist with RFPs as needed
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety and progress of the project
Be the primary point of contact and provide oversight and guidance to contractors and subcontractors as needed
Collaborating with engineers, electricians and other stakeholders to ensure deadlines/objectives are met
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the duration of the project
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field PREFERRED
5+ years experience in Construction Project Management
Proficiency in Excel
Prior experience with Electrical Construction Projects $5m+
High-level communication/interpersonal skills
Prior experience with Multi-Family, Commercial and/or Data Center Projects PREFERRED
