Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Business Process Analyst to join our team, with a focus on supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT projects and change requests. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, facilitating manual UAT, and assisting in coordination of IT projects and software changes across the organization while leveraging your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups .
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and deployment of IT solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Conduct manual user acceptance testing, ensuring that systems meet business requirements and function as intended.
  • Coordinate UAT efforts between cross-functional teams, end-users, project managers, and technical staff throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document and track UAT results, issues, and resolutions.
  • Communicate UAT findings and status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during UAT, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate smooth testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and UAT schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between all project stakeholders, including the creation of UAT reports and presentations.
  • Quickly learn and become efficient in various software platforms essential for the role.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on supporting User Acceptance Testing in IT projects.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and translating business requirements into effective test scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities for complex IT projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with creating clear, concise documentation including test plans, UAT reports, and process workflows.
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability to become proficient in new systems and platforms rapidly.
  • Patience and persistence in performing repetitive manual testing tasks with consistent accuracy.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com is preferred but not required.
