Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Engineering Manager for our client, a wonderful environmental technology manufacturing organization in the Dayton, Ohio area! In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in high pressure pumps to continually improve on the existing technology! This is a full time, direct hire, onsite role.

Compensation range is $100-125k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
Act as an individual contributor and leader for a engineering team providing support, direction and mentorship.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to high pressure pumps
Design, development and testing of clean, energy efficient technologies utilizing high pressure pump systems
Work with cross functional teams to drive product development and improvement
Develop and maintain budgets and schedules
What you will need:
5+ years experience with engineering, focused on high-pressure pumps
Experience with manufacturing processes and materials used in pumps
Expertise in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
Experience with research, development, manufacturing, quality control and assurance
