Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and superintendents in coordinating daily tasks with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, prepare take-offs, and assist with sub-bid solicitations in support of the estimating process.
Help maintain project schedules and handle documentation for "As Built" drawings.
Manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution to subcontractors.
Track weekly productivity reports for self-perform projects and identify areas for improvement.
Review submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Support corporate safety personnel in maintaining job site safety protocols.
Assist with material procurement and project closeout procedures, including punch list management.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling software like Primavera is a plus.
Familiarity with construction software (e.g., BIM, Bluebeam) is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is required
Previous construction or engineering experience is beneficial but not required.
