Insight Global is looking for a IT Facilities Manager for a client. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our IT systems and facilities. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and employee satisfaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Oversee the management of all IT licenses and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

? Develop and implement a disaster recovery program to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.

? Create and deliver training materials for staff on IT systems and tools, both during onboarding and for ongoing education.

? Monitor and assess the effective use of IT systems across departments, providing support and guidance as needed.

? Collaborate with department heads to identify their IT needs and create custom reports to support their management tasks.

? Work closely with the marketing team and digital agencies to analyze the performance of marketing efforts through technology solutions.

? Partner with the CFO to analyze departmental performance data and support strategic initiatives. ? Generate reports and analytics to evaluate the cost-benefit of various technology projects and initiatives.

? Collaborate with HR to develop IT policies for the employee handbook, ensuring clarity on usage and security protocols.

? Proactively troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with urgency, maintaining a focus on communication and efficiency.

? Streamline tracking and reporting processes to reduce administrative burdens, allowing teams to focus on revenue generation.

? Stay informed about departmental goals and align IT strategies to support these objectives.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

? Strong technical skills with a focus on IT systems management and facilities operations.

? Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems for effective sales performance tracking.

? Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

? Experience in developing training programs and materials for IT systems.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

? Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
