As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work across the stack using TypeScript and Golang to build scalable, secure applications that will redefine how our clients interact with their finances.
What You'll Do:
Design, Develop, and Deploy: Architect and implement full stack solutions that will enable seamless transactions and smarter financial decisions. You'll be building robust backend services with Golang and crafting engaging, intuitive frontends with TypeScript.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to create user-centric features that will drive the growth of our platform.
Optimize and Scale: Focus on optimizing performance, improving the efficiency of complex algorithms, and scaling our system to handle a growing user base.
Lead by Example: Bring your best practices for coding, testing, and deploying to elevate the quality and maintainability of our codebase.
Innovate and Influence: Use your creativity and expertise to influence architectural decisions, contribute to our tech strategy, and introduce new tools and processes that keep us at the cutting edge of fintech development.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years of full stack engineering experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript for the frontend and Golang for backend services.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience building complex web applications using React or Vue.js or Angular with TypeScript.
Expertise in developing high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs with Golang.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
A deep understanding of relational databases and data modeling, with experience using Postgres or MySQL.
Mindset:
A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
An affinity for financial technology and the desire to redefine the status quo in the industry.
On-site Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Denver, Colorado, five days a week. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to spark innovation and build a strong team culture.
