Job Description:

Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders and other team members to enhance the functionality of our operational dashboard software. This role will work alongside the data engineering/architecture team to identify, develop, implement, and support systems. The position will also coordinate with IT management to align data management and analytics initiatives, contributing to Flow Control Group's transition toward a more data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom .NET web solutions.
  • Effectively manage multiple project priorities and workloads as needed.
  • Design, develop, test, and debug software solutions while adhering to established software development processes, coding standards, and configuration management.
  • Participate in solution design and concept visualization, create user interface mockups and prototypes, and present demo solutions to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and support existing applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET development using C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in UX/Usability design with experience in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass, Less), JSON/XML, and AJAX.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous request handling.
  • Expertise in MS SQL Server, SQL databases, and writing SQL stored procedures.
  • Experience with code versioning tools.
  • Agile development experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • A team player who can work independently and contribute to team success.
  • Willingness to assist teammates with their tasks.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in application development.
