Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage samples across all divisions.
Photograph all samples and ensure images are high-quality and accurate.
Upload sample photos to licensor portals and maintain records in the internal tracking system.
Pack and ship samples to appropriate destinations in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain the sample inventory, ensuring easy access and proper categorization.
