Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure across multiple locations. This role includes provisioning and support for desktops, mobile devices, network and production systems, while serving as the primary contact for user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure hardware, software, and networks to ensure efficient operations.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems operate smoothly.
  • Security: Safeguard IT infrastructure against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  • User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and provide technical support.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations and IT assets.
  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance to resolve issues before they impact users.
  • Technical Support: Address end-user needs while following company policies.

Technical Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Applications Management.
  • Proficiency with VMware virtualization, storage technologies, and network/server administration (LAN, WAN).
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud computing.
  • ERP administration in production, test environments, and QA.
  • Knowledge of database management, data replication, backup software, and cloud/server management.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi) and security management.
  • Exposure to automation, tooling, or scripting for infrastructure and security management.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Server+).
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including problem-solving and system optimization.
  • Experience in performance troubleshooting, system monitoring, and data protection compliance (e.g., NIST, CMMC).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and managing IT processes effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint administration, and information access control.
  • Ability to work with teams across different locations and collaborate with external vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
