We are seeking experience in C++ or Python along with proficiency in Javascript (Angular). Strong communication skills are essential as you'll interact directly with users, often troubleshooting their code in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
? Understand user issues, diagnose problems, and provide effective solutions
? Read, debug, and triage user-submitted code (C++/Python + Javascript)
? Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues ? Deliver clear and effective communication to users in English Required Skills:
? Proficiency in C++ or Python
? Experience with Javascript (Angular framework)
