Ultimate Staffing is assisting a client in the SW Houston area to find multiple Customer Service reps to assist a Collections Department.
Job Information:
Temporary-to-hire, In office
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay: $16/HR
In this position, the focus is on collecting monies on delinquent property taxes on personal and business accounts. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls in order to set arrangements for debt payment or establish debt payment schedules. Additionally, will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. Therefore, the right candidate must have proficient computer skills, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required.

Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred.
Attain working knowledge of the Client's processes and requirements and be able to communicate this in a professional matter.
Working independently and productively without close supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
Detail-oriented; data entry
Reliable/dependable
