Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Commercial Counsel.
Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced contracts counsel to assist on a part-time basis for the next 1-2+ months.
Company: Telecommunications company.
Experience: 8+ years of experience handling a wide variety of commercial contracts including, but not limited to, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDA's, etc.
Location: Remote - EST time zone.
Responsibilities Include:
Draft and negotiate complex agreements for Afiniti clients including, but not limited to: SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, supplier agreements and other complex commercial contracts.
Work with members of the team across offices to identify key players for individual clients.
Experience working in regulated areas including AI, personal data protection, telecommunications, or enterprise customer service industry.
Qualifications Include:
JD and barred in at least 1 US jurisdiction. 8+ years of commercial contracts experience in an in-house legal setting.
Ironclad CLM experience a plus, but not required.
Background in AI, data protection and telecommunications is desired.
Pay Rate: $85-90/hour
