THE OPPORTUNITY

The Digital Marketing Designer is responsible for designing and creating high-quality content for email marketing campaigns, including automated, transactional, promotional, and behavioral emails, as well as compelling graphics for use in a variety of opportunities, including but not limited to web banners, social media posts, web site updates, collateral and manuals. A main focus of the position is designing and creating automated campaigns in Salesforce, so experience with automated campaign execution in a CRM is preferred. Product marketing experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. This position is 100% onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and manage email marketing assets, including automated, promotional, and behavioral emails, while adhering to brand guidelines and business needs.
  • Familiarity with utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM to set up automated campaigns
  • Create product content that sells the benefits of Server Products
  • Support copywriting needs with writing content as needed, and understand best practices for digital organic and paid communications
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan detailed campaign deployments, incorporating variations for A/B testing to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with marketing team with broader marketing campaigns and projects, contributing to the overall digital strategy
  • Create and update manuals, quick start guides, sell sheets, spec sheets, parts breakdowns, and other various communications
  • Coordinate with the agency of record on social and digital marketing communications
  • Execute website updates
  • Assist internal teams with various content development / creative needs

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field preferred with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ?High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; video editing skills a plus but not required
  • Experience with web design principles, website platforms, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Social media post development familiarity - creation and posting within platforms
  • Strong planning and organizational skills - excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; is highly agile, can manage multiple priorities and complex tasks on multiple tracks
  • Sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks on time
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices desired
