The Quality Control Lead should have:
Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or a related field.
3+ years of lab experience and over 1 year in a supervisory position.
Familiarity with HACCP, hygiene programs, SAP and overall food safety techniques.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a thorough understanding of quality control processes.
The Quality Control Lead will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the QC team to uphold compliance with FSSC22000 and non-GMO regulations.
Monitor and observe product quality.
Foster continuous improvement initiatives and utilize scientific methodologies.
Ensure technical support and training to staff, address customer complaints and overall quality issues.
