LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing client in Louisville, Kentucky seeking an Office Manager for direct hire.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Help the team manage the flow of many moving parts by tracking projects and keeping the team on task to deliver work on time and inform leadership of statuses.
Populate new processes in the software, keep it updated, and build new processes improving efficiency
Assist internal or external IT teams with identifying, evaluating, selecting and implementing new technologies and training staff.
Ensure the overall strategic plan is being upheld, which includes a lot of tasks, contributors and deadlines. Help assign responsibilities for action items and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with process improvement initiatives by ensuring communications happen at the right time and to the right people. Gather feedback after the initial implementation, which helps with continuous improvement.
Growth into assisting with human resource activities such as onboarding and training of employees, coaching and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications
Two years of professional office management experience
Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance or Business Administration preferred
Project management experience preferred
Risk management skills to identify risks at the outset of a project and develop proper mitigation strategies
Have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment.
