We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Loan Originations Analyst to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will support the loan origination process by analyzing borrower profiles, evaluating financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. You will play a crucial role in facilitating timely loan approvals and enhancing our clients' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements to assess borrower eligibility and risk factors.
Collaborate with loan officers to gather necessary documentation and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
Evaluate property appraisals and market conditions to determine loan viability.
Conduct thorough research and analysis on current market trends and lending practices.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations throughout the loan process.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on loan origination metrics and trends.
Assist in the development of best practices and process improvements for the loan origination team.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or a related financial services role.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with loan origination software.
Knowledge of real estate lending regulations and practices.
