Teplis Travel is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Manager/Account Manager/Client Services Manager for our high touch and fast paced Travel Management Company (TMC).
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer/client experience. Work closely with our clients to understand their business/corporate travel needs for air, rental car, hotel, ground transportation, groups, and incentive reservations.
Responsibilities
Manage portfolio of corporate travel accounts of varying sizes and industries.
Work with key client accounts to provide corporate travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned corporate travel clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
Qualifications
Proven success in client management/account management or as Travel Manager in the travel industry. Experience managing clients for a corporate travel agency or Travel Management Company (TMC) a plus.
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce), Concur Travel, GDS (Worldspan, Galileo, Sabre) and Travel Agency Reporting (iBank, Prime Analytics, Grasp) experience is a huge plus and will be needed day to day.
Ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
This is a client facing role that involves both in person and virtual meetings.
Some travel will be needed.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Microsoft Office experience is required.
