This team is a part of the intelligence automation space. The team supports anything related to delivering robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, process mining. This is a spectrum of digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
Be able to be a strong leader to drive digital solutions (Robotics, AI).
Able to overcome any issues that may arise
Driving the change for digital transformation.
Identify incorrect coding, instituted and knowledge of controls within the solution
Ability to effectively communicate to Sr Business Leadership
Ability to understand complex business problems and identify requisite automation / technology solutions
Ability to collaborate across functional areas and teams to drive execution
Ability to work autonomously and drive execution with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Exposure to RPA from functional perspectives
Strong technology delivery experience with risk and regulatory assessment skills.
Able to drive for results and mitigate issues.
Experience with robot process automation and AI delivery
Program and Project management skills
Technology delivery skills
Risk and regulatory assessments
Can drive the change for digital transformation

RPA related: Blueprism, UI Path, Alteryx, Appian
AI related: Chat GPT, Generative AI
Workflow related: Jira, Pega, Appian, MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Salesforce
Process modeling related: iGrafx, ARIS, Sigmaflow, SAP
