We are seeking a Program Planning and Control (PP&C) lead to join our dynamic aerospace project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while ensuring that project milestones are met within the required timelines. This role is critical in supporting the project's cost, schedule, and performance objectives and requires a keen understanding of aerospace project management, program planning methodologies, and financial controls.
Location: Washington DC. Remote work will be permitted based on project's needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of cost, schedule, and EVM analysts.
Conduct detailed program-level assessments for decision-making.
Develop and implement effective PP&C strategies and processes.
Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Only US citizens or Green Card Holders
Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of project management experience, particularly in planning, scheduling, and cost control within aerospace or government projects, with demonstrated leadership in PP&C. Proficiency in NASA mission life cycles and a deep understanding of NASA project policies and practices, such as NPR 7120.5E. Advanced knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) techniques.
Education: Bachelor's degree in management, Engineering, or related fields.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic planning, effective communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities. Strong facilitation skills to effectively interface with various stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
