We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client's small team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This is a great role for someone with one full year of administrative experience.

Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Answering incoming phone calls
Plan and schedule appointments
Manage calendars
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
