Role Overview
The Director of Product will take ownership of the company's product strategy, working to develop and scale financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and consumers. This role is crucial for ensuring that their products stay ahead of market trends while providing a seamless, secure, and compliant experience for users.
As the onsite product leader, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, compliance, and sales-guiding product development from concept to launch. You'll be responsible for creating the roadmap, setting priorities, and ensuring that products align with both customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Define, develop, and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the client's suite of fintech products, including payments, lending, and digital banking solutions.
Lead a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Work closely with engineering, compliance, and design teams to define product specifications and ensure seamless execution.
Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant fintech regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
Lead customer feedback initiatives and iterate product features based on user insights to improve user experience and retention.
Establish and track product KPIs, leveraging data analytics to optimize performance and make informed decisions.
Serve as a key liaison between the product team and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and strategic direction.
Partner with sales and business development teams to understand customer needs and develop products that meet market demand.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fintech technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
11+ years of product management experience.
Proven track record of launching and scaling successful fintech products (payments, banking, or lending solutions preferred).
Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance, and security standards.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire product teams.
Proficiency with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to drive product decisions.
Technical understanding of APIs, fintech technologies, and financial systems.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Must be available to work onsite in Miami, FL.
