What Youll Need to Bring to the Table:
Two years sales experience, preferably in leasing, real estate or similar field with a focus on customer service and relationship building.Strong knowledge of sales principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with strong closing and negotiation skills.High school diploma, AA or college degree.Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyStrong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.Strong time management skills.Solid communication skills.Experience using Rent Caf, Yardi and CRM are preferred.

Your Calling Will Be:
Generating trafficQualify potential residents & verify applications.Tour/Lease apartments.Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
