Leading national firm is seeking a Partner or Senior Counsel with 7-25+ years of experience in General Casualty and/or Transportation Litigation to join their Los Angeles or Orange County CA offices. Ideal candidate will have trial experience and experience handling litigation matters within the transportation sector. Remote or Hybrid
This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging cases in representing the firm's large international logistics services provider. Portables are not required.
Responsibilities: • Manage assigned cases • Handle cases from inception to conclusion • Negotiate settlements • Attend court hearings, depositions and mediations • Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications: • 7-25+ years of litigation experience • Licensed to practice and in good standing in California • Trial experience, first and/or second chair experience • Transportation, trucking and or general liability defense experience • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
190k-250k+ (Salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE)
