We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our team, supporting multiple development teams in delivering software development projects aligned to government products. In this hybrid role, you will serve as both a PM and a Scrum Master, working closely with two other PMs on backend and web development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project scheduling efforts, identifying key dependencies and timelines
Collaborate with development teams using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Utilize PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheets to manage project progress
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution
Take on additional responsibilities as needed under the direction of the Hiring Manager
Ideal candidates will be collaborative, open to learning, and skilled at asking insightful questions. Familiarity with scheduling, backend, and web development projects is essential.
