Job Description:

This position is responsible for the organization, planning, and direction of the entire nursing service and for the development of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for the resident care program and assists the Executive Director in the development of overall policy for the community. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment in regard to matters of significance.
