field.At least 5-7 years of experience working in a technology professional services, product, or consulting environment. Experience working in client-facing roles is a
must.Change management certification in a best practice change methodology is required; Prosci/ADKAR is preferred. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and
tools.Proven history of developing and implementing successful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness in support of enterprise-level process improvement or technology implementation (e.g., Salesf
