Summary Description:

The role of the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, West Coast is to execute and oversee the execution of the monthly global guidelines, model store training, seasonal floor mapping, Yoobic missions and VM communication for the West Coast Markets. The Regional VM Manager needs to ensure consistency and premium standards that are representative of the brand image in all channels of distributions. Territory will include Lacoste Boutiques, Outlet, Wholesale Accounts, Specialty Channels, Showrooms, Tradeshows, and Regional Pop Ups.

Lacoste aims to provide excellent sales support to all our retail partners. We are seeking a seasoned visual sales expert with a proven track record of success through managing multiple tactics and rollouts to represent our brand. The successful candidate will have previous experience with a premium lifestyle/fashion brand, strong communication skills and a passion for the industry.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

BOUTIQUES / OUTLETS and WHOLESALE
  • Preparing, planning, organizing and executing seasonal Visual Merchandising strategy for the West Coast Lacoste Boutiques , Outlets, Wholesale and Showroom. Which includes product presentation, store windows, campaign implementation, making a clear impact on sales figures.
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall brand awareness, business needs and driving sales.
  • Partner with HQ Marketing, Market Leaders and Store Managers on local Marketing activations.
  • Proactively identify in-store merchandising issues for each store and work with the SR. Director of Visual Merchandising, store staff and District Manager on suggesting solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with store management and the visual merchandising team regarding merchandising initiatives, display standards and installations.
  • Execute and oversee the window and interior executions within the region.
  • Submit bi-weekly store visit recaps and audits to the SR. Director of Visual Merchandising, District Manager, and the respective store.
  • Manage and maintain Yoobic missions and monthly / seasonal compliance rates.
  • Oversee regional store openings and train new staff members on the Lacoste VM Standards; continually train all new associates within the region as needed.
  • Assist with the set-up of any pop-up, trade show or events being hosted within the region.
  • Seasonal showroom set-up fir sales meeting.
  • Manage and coordinate store visits with Market leaders within the region.
  • Oversee all freelancer's monthly trainings, reports and allotted hours for the Wholesale market.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required within the region.
  • Able to travel and provide in-store support five days a week.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must have 5 years' experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, as well as meticulous organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to stay flexible to changes in schedule with little advance notice.
  • Able to travel 50% within the defined region, as well as support outside the region when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Must have strong communication skills including face-to-face meetings, email, phone, and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments, external providers and remote teams.
