Swoon is seeking a talented Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be instrumental in the oversight of all customer service operations.
Location- Miami, FL
Compensation- $85K-$97K
What you will be doing:
Supervise the customer service department workflow to ensure customers are serviced in a satisfying manner and company goals are met.
Lead a team directly to offer support/mentorship
Intervene in and directly manage challenging customer situations through research, direct communication and any other means necessary to resolve outstanding issues.
Be a hands-on leader who is comfortable in helping out with other functions.
What you will bring:
3 - 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within customer service.
Associates Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Must possess advanced computer skills including excel and pivot tables.
