Job Summary: The Office Administrator and Accounts Receivable will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management and the Accounting Department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
Maintains office supplies, and Marketing inventory.
Maintains records, documentation, and files for building maintenance and service records.
Performs other related duties as assigned. Run and reconcile customer statements and send out on a weekly basis.
Follow up and promptly respond to customer inquiries as well as internal inquiries.
Follow up with customers on expected payment information and advices.
Advise other departments when AR invoices have been paid but are not posted.
Complete customer requested forms and documents for their invoice system and payment setups.

Knowledge of AR process.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related field preferred.
At least three years of administrative and clerical and AR experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
