Continuous Care, a Jackson Healthcare family of companies, is looking for a dynamic, values-driven and tech-savvy training professional to join our team.

The Systems Administrator & Training Specialist will manage various software platforms and provide training to our associates on how to use these tools effectively. They will play a key role in ensuring that all stakeholders are confident and proficient in using the systems essential to our business. This role combines software platforms and systems expertise with the ability to teach and support a non-technical audience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems Management:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various systems (e.g., ATS, care coordination platform, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Monitor system performance and manage user accounts as needed.
  • Manage upgrades, vendor relationship, provisioning, application support, operational configuration, etc.

Technical Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, resolving technical problems promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to address any external technical issues.

Training Development and Delivery:
  • Design, develop, and conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for associates on how to use various systems and software tools.
  • Create training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, to support ongoing learning.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to meet associate needs.

Onboarding New Employees:
  • Provide technical orientation and training for new hires, ensuring they understand how to use systems effectively.
  • Documentation and SOPs:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Establish best practices and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system use for various stakeholders.
  • System Integration:
  • Work with various teams to ensure smooth integration of new software or system upgrades into existing workflows.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain data security protocols, including backup procedures and access control measures, to ensure the integrity and safety of company data.
  • Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture.

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree; preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration and training.
  • Strong technical proficiency with software and systems administration (e.g., cloud-based platforms, collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience delivering technical and software training to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Demonstrates respect with positive interpersonal skills with hospital staff, clients, managers, and associates.
  • Experience in a start up environment or with rapid growth companies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and maintain a proactive approach to managing systems.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practice.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to drive results and produce outcomes.

  • Onsite position in Alpharetta, GA campus
