Job Description:

• Building out a BOP (Business Owner's Policy) product
• A Business Owner's Policy (BOP) is a package of insurance policies that protects a business from property and liability risks. It's a common choice for small and medium-sized businesses
• Develop and execute project plans, set and manage project timelines and budgets, and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Identifying areas of improvement within the insurance industry
• Implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Product development including defining requirements, working with different teams to design and build products, oversee testing and launch
• Communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders as well as external partners (goals, timelines, progress)

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• 3+ years of experience in an insurance specific role
• Knowledge of Insurance Operations (underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, regulatory compliance)
• Experience in Product Development - product customization and segmentation and product testing and launch
• Understanding of Business Owner's Policy (BOP) product features and requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant certifications
