Job Description:
A National Utilities company in Los Angeles is expanding its operations team with a Corporate Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in data analysis, modeling, reporting systems, and financial risk.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing forecasting and annual budgeting process for the full P&L of the centers under your scope
- Analyze actual results, provide variance analysis for leadership teams, and recommend action plans
- Drive the monthly close process in collaboration with accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial results
- Lead periodic business reviews with operations
- Understand and clearly articulate the present and future state of the business to enable data-based decision-making
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles
- Strong background in high-impact finance roles, with a proven track record of driving business results through financial insights
- Working knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools including SQL, Access, etc.
- Exposure to the Utilities, Facilities Management, or Environmental Services Industry
