Mantell Associates are partnered with a global Cell Therapy CDMO in their search for a VP of Quality who will be a key member of the senior leadership team and hold responsibility for building, leading and executing a quality strategy.
VP of Quality - Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and oversight for quality systems as well as the implementation of a quality framework to support the business globally
Ensure that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create a high level of process consistency, product quality and customer satisfaction
Substantially strengthen quality systems, determining the appropriate infrastructure and resources required to achieve business objectives
Contract partner relationships
Quality process design and development
Product and facility approval
Sustainable manufacturing
Supply through in-house capabilities and well as third-party development and external manufacturing partners
VP of Quality - Requirements:
Strong industry experience within pharma, biopharma and/or biotech companies
Direct experience interacting with FDA and other regulatory authorities
Leadership experience with direct reports and indirect reports
Proven ability to manage up and down
Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders
