The Ideal Candidate
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, or related field)
- 2-5 years of battle-tested experience in aerospace/industrial quality engineering
- A black belt in applicable quality management requirements (AS9100, NADCAP)
- X-ray vision for reading engineering drawings and specifications
- Jedi-level mastery of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- The ability to speak 'FAIR' fluently (First Article Inspection Report)
- A Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)
