Tabletop Tycoon is currently seeking an attentive Administrative Assistant to help our CEO and Managing Director.

By performing their duties consistently and to the level of quality required, the Administrative Assistant enables the organization to run more smoothly and efficiently. Performing these duties well results in more focused, productive time for the supported staff members. By removing obstacles and resolving impediments to progress, this role enables improved progress for the entire organization.

The ideal candidate will have a history of 5+ years of professional experience excelling at these duties and demonstrating success in action.

Description of Duties:
  • Assist CEO and Managing Director in organizing and optimizing workflow, including coordinating communications and scheduling throughout the organization.
  • Schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange meetings.
  • Keep clear and current on all correspondence including phone calls, emails, and internal communications. Assist in organizing and resolving open loops.
  • Maintain an orderly workplace including identifying things that are out of place proactively ensuring that everything has a place and everything is in its place.
  • Enforce security standards through regular audits of hardware and software.
  • Organize files digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel.
  • Assist train staff to follow organizational structures.
  • Assist in implementing new programs, procedures, and systems.

This is a full-time, five-day-a-week, hourly position, located in New Hampshire. Our office hours are 8:00-17:00 Monday through Friday with a one-hour unpaid break at 13:00.

  • Direct experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • A dauntless work ethic and the ability to exercise excellent professional judgment on a variety of tasks
  • Adaptable and able to internalize and take action on a vast amount of information
  • Positive team player energized by face-to-face communication and the camaraderie of working with our team to achieve tangible results
  • Extremely helpful, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong drive to learn and better themselves
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and eminently responsible
  • Technologically savvy and especially comfortable with spreadsheets and G Suite
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills, especially in person and via phone and email
