Position Description
Primary Purpose: Coordinate the activities of the facility to ensure timely receipt and shipment of customer's products and inventory; Ensures efficient workflow of operations through the issue of field work orders to satisfy customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
EXPERIENCE/SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of computer systems to include proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Must have ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) as issued by TSA (Transportation Security Administration).
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment Drug Screen.
• Have the ability to monitor and schedule operational orders efficiently and effectively.
• Have the ability to track and reconcile inventory of materials.
• Effective communication skills, good business acumen, and strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent math skills.
• Able to recognize a problem or potential problem and take appropriate action.
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisor, keep required work schedule, focus on attention to details, and follow work rules.
• Successfully complete mandatory background check and drug screen upon job offer.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Must be able to hear and smell for deficiencies and hazards.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Must be able to respond to calls on a 24 hour emergency basis.
• Must be able to work long hours, in excess of 8, when required.
• Must be willing to shift and/or work overtime hours during the week, weekends and/or holidays as dictated by management.
