Parts Support - Maintenance

Description of Job Tasks:

Inventory Management

Frequency - Daily/Weekly

Time Commitment - 10 min/60 min

Skill - Basic organization and math

Task - Maintaining records.

Parts Organization

Frequency - Daily/Weekly

Time Commitment - 10 min/50 min

Skill - Basic organization

Task - Cataloging inventory to ensure it is organized and in the correct location.

Housekeeping

Frequency - Daily/Weekly

Time Commitment - 10 min/50 min

Skill - Basic organization

Task - - Daily cleaning of the parts crib to ensure it meets cleanliness standards.

Legible Record Keeping

Frequency - Daily/Weekly

Time Commitment - 10 min/50 min

Skill - Basic organization

Task - Maintaining records.

Misc.

Frequency - Daily/Weekly

Time Commitment - 10 min/50 min

Skill - To be determined.

Task - As needed.

Additional Notes & Environment Considerations:

This position is in person. Hours are flexible , approximately 20 hours per week, between 7:00 am-3:00 pm.

The environment will vary, mostly quiet, independent work, movement walking to each area.
