SUMMARY: The Corporate Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and violations of company policies and regulations. This role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, and policy violations. Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and document findings. Prepare detailed investigation reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders as required. Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization. Work closely with legal, HR, and other departments to ensure investigations are conducted in a fair and consistent manner. Provide guidance and support to management on handling compliance issues. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and related activities. Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. PEOPLE MANAGER: Directly supervises 2 or more employees:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate investigations, compliance, or a related field. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and skilled in presentations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of a team. Ability to indirectly mentor, coach, train and/or supervise employees. Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope. Ability to effectively develop, improve and streamline processes to meet established goals and objectives. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new compliance-related risks, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to provide subject matter expertise, counsel, and effectively influence others at various levels within the organization. Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and facilitate technical/operational training to others. Knowledge and understanding of legal/regulatory risk process. Working knowledge of corporate investigations and hotline administration.

OTHER: Fluency in Spanish is a strong preference. Ability to travel.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
