Office of the Chief Operating Officer Intern - Solutions team

The Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) Solutions team is offering a summer internship opportunity for the summer of 2025. The OCOO is responsible for driving operational and execution excellence throughout our organization in the most impactful way to accelerate HPE's transformation.

The internship program provides you real tangible work experience, set in a cohort environment. You will be given training & development opportunities to gain core skills you can leverage in your career, and we also have FUN.

Key Responsibilities:
Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and a commitment to continuous learning and strategic thinking capability. If you have the ability to work in a global, virtual environment, are highly motivated, thrive on innovation and excellence, then the Office of the COO intern program may be right for you.

We are looking for passionate energetic individuals who are working to complete a bachelor's level (or equivalent) degree. People who can bring a fresh perspective and implement new ideas within our organization.

The Solutions team is primarily responsible for processes and tools for Global Procurement, Global Workplace, Legal and Compliance global functions. The team supports these organizations in many ways:
- Automation and digitization of business processes
- Evaluation of business requirements, internal and 3rd party solution reviews

& overall IT architecture
- Solution implementation & project management
- Support and maintenance of deployed business solutions

Education and Experience Required:
o Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) and completed two years
o Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication, and collaboration
o Strong project management, business acumen and critical analytical skills
o Geographic/cultural knowledge and/or experience
o Self-starter with ability to achieve results in a virtual and complex work environment
o Ability to develop and promote positive change through innovation and creativity
o Proactive contributor who wants to make an impact
