Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to join our foster care program
in Huntingdon, PA. As part of a team with over 30 years of combined experience, youll provide essential support
to youth and families, helping them grow in resilience and create a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional, intellectual, and social growth
Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
Plan and attend recruitment events, presenting to community groups and organizations
Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families

Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare
field
Valid drivers license and car insurance
FBI, Act 33, and 34 clearances (agency assistance provided)
