Description: Maintenance Supervisor-2nd Shift



Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift in northern Cincinnati for a major food manufacturing company.



Location: Northern Cincinnati




Shift is 1:30p to 10/11pm




Pay is $70-90k+bonus(depending on experience)





Essential Job Duties:

• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.


• Provide effective leadership through clear communication and coaching.


• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture.


• Motivate, correct, and challenge team members constructively.


• Maintain open communication with the maintenance team.


• Address feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.


• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and process control systems.


• Lead the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.


• Supervise maintenance technicians during equipment installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.


• Manage outside contractors for specialized repairs.


• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues to minimize production disruptions.


• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.


• Adhere to company GMP and safety policies.


• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions.


• Determine root causes of operating errors and implement corrective actions.
  
  


• Inspect and test damaged equipment to assess repair needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience


• Strong proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, and HVAC systems


• Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Strong mathematical skills


• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptability


• Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions
